Operations

The Electro Mechanical Field Technician is key to the successful electro-mechanical installation our of automated storage systems equipment at our customers’ sites in the USA and Canada. Technicians act as the lead over other laborers to ensure accurate and timely system installation, test, commissioning, and repair of equipment.

As a part of the Operations Department, the WMS Software Implementation Manager will be the key technical resource and manage a small team of WMS engineers in order to professionally and profitably execute customer projects. This role will interface heavily with the customer and developed sales and customer service skills are a must.

The Project Manager role is responsible for the coordination of all activities associated with the installation of automated/robotic material handling equipment products at customer sites.

The Automation After Sales Project Manager is the main point of contact between Interlake Mecalux and our customers with Automated Interlake Mecalux Solutions. This role is the next link in the chain after the installation of our system is complete and the guarantee (After Sales) period starts. From covering guaranteed repairs to taking care of maintenance contracts sold to customers after the guarantee period ends, this role ensures customer satisfaction during the complete life cycle of our automated installations.

The Electrical Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing the electrical/electronic installations and personnel related to the electrical/electronic installations of automated warehouse systems

The Site Supervisor role, within the Operations Department, is responsible for overseeing labor at the project site. In addition, this role will coordinate project material and follow plans and prints as it pertains to the installation of automated equipment at the job site. This role will communicate heavily with the project manager in terms of additional workers needed and any important updates and/or issues at the site.
